Saturday Night Dance in Kansas Saturday night dance in Lillis, Kansas. The popular Pott. County Pork and Bean Band was playing to a packed house in the old school gymnasium of the tiny town with a population of less than 20 at the time. These dances tended to take place in rural retreats and involve a lot of beer and high energy.
